1. Download the file via the links above. 
2. Extract file (Righ click Part 1> Extract Here) 
3. Turn off the internet connection. 
4. Run Setup.exe , select Trial. 
5. When done, run AcrobatDCUpd1901020098.msp
6. When done, do not open Adobe Acrobat Pro DC. Close program if open automatically. 
7. Open the Patch folder. RunPatch.exe with Run as Administrator
8. Select Adobe Acrobat DC (usually it is automatically selected), click Install . Select amtlib.dll in the installation directory (C: \ Program Files (x86) \ Adobe \ Acrobat DC \ Acrobat). 
9. Run Block.cmd with Run as Administrator. This command is to block programs so that they are not connected to the internet. 
10. Open the program. Turn off the automatic updates feature (Ctrl + K >> Updater >> Uncheck Automatically Updates) 
11. Restart the internet connection.
