The attendants right away switched to Spanish to accommodate them and patiently explained all their queries regarding check-in processes, layovers, and meal requests. They even gave them printed copies of the flight itinerary in both English and Spanish. The respect and care given made my parents feel heard and understood, something that is seldom experienced in customer service these days. The agent also assisted us with a travel form needed for Panama, which was a huge relief. Overall, the experience was efficient, respectful, and seamless. I can honestly say that this office does all it can to support diverse travelers. We left the office smiling and relaxed, feeling that our future trip was in good hands. Excellent service for Spanish-speaking clients.
