Check-in clerks were bilingual and communicated clearly, which helped ease me more into the process. My elderly parents were with me, and the ground staff provided wheelchairs and assistance immediately. Security check was swift, and the personnel were attentive and respectful. We got to our gate in time to just sit back and relax before boarding. The waiting area was spotless and not too crowded, with announcements both clear and on time. Boarding was well-organized and efficient, which I liked. Copa's crew made sure that families and special needs passengers boarded before anyone else. Terminal service was a perfect representation of the airline's commitment to quality and care for customers. Our flight departed on time and arrived ahead of schedule. Having had this experience, I would personally recommend Copa Airlines and particularly commend their JFK terminal operation.
