The staff told him clearly that SalamAir does not allow pets in the cabin, as checked baggage, or in cargo all forms of pet travel are prohibited. They explained the rule calmly, and even though he was disappointed, he appreciated how honest and straightforward they were. The office staff remains polite and professional the entire time. Overall, it was a clear and helpful experience even if the policy wasn't what he hoped for.
