Hello all, I just returned from flying to Oslo on Norse Atlantic Airlines JFK Terminal and was truly impressed with their ground staff. When I arrived in the terminal, I saw bright signs pointing directly to the Norse check-in. There were ground staff standing by to help with digital check-in or questions about luggage. What really struck me was the communication—newsflashes on the gate, boarding status, and any schedule changes were all announced quickly over speakers and electronic boards. I didn't have to guess or ask multiple times, which is unusual in big airports. The boarding gate was orderly and well-attended, and families with young children were given priority boarding help. Norse Atlantic might be new to the block, but their JFK terminal operation feels like a well-worn machine. Impressive first impression.
